The new team looking after the skilling that has been formed under LNJ Group comprises of three KEY members :
Abhinav Dhawan
Managing Director
Abhinav was the ex-COO of Centum (one of the larges Skill Development Partners of NSDC) over the past 5 years. Before that Abhinav has played a Senior and Strategic Management role in Manpower India (a US based Staffing Company) as the Country Director for Staffing and Team HR Services Limited (a Rndstad Company) as the Managing Director. Abhinav now heads the current initiative in the area of Skillng.
Bikesh Kumar
CFO and Director
Bikesh is a professional FCA, FCS, International Tax and Business Valuation Expert. Bikesh was previously the Vice President and Financial Controller at Centum. Bikesh’s area of expertise in skilling lies in “risk mitigation”, audits, documentation and paperwork not to mention the Project Presentations at the State and Central level across ministries.
Anmol Sud
Director
Anmol is a BA and MA in Economics with a MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. Previously, Anmol was heading Logistics and Marketing for Moser Baer India located out of the Netherlands (European Operations).
